Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Ok, in case anyone was interested, 'wide body' is 3cm wider each side. (1735mm wide standard, 1795mm on Turbo bodied cars)

POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Ok, silly question perhaps but maybe someone has their 993 handbook open on the dimensions page out there? Domster and I were questioning whether the 'turbo body' on the C4S and 993tt has actually got wider arches or just the different front bumper and side skirts. Sure they look wider overall but is this just a trick on the eye caused by the skirts, larger wheels, lower suspension etc? When you actually compare the metal-work rather than the overall package it doesn't look wider (certainly nothing like the 964/965 turbo difference).

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
