Probably not, as their cars tend to be sourced from German OPCs. See also - LHDPorsche thread.

I know it's not come from germany someone has px'd it in for a Turbo, and they live somewhere near Birmingham i believe.

In that case, I take it that the DVLA cannot help you contact the previous owner (data protection act and all that)?
