Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

Does any one know how to program the ignition keys for the electric seats. I have the programing of the three buttons on the door working but can't get the programing to tie into the keys. It is my understanding that a seat position can be programed into each key which would activate the seat and mirrors when the unlock button is pressed. I followed the manual instructions but no luck. Dealer faxed me a different set of instructions but no luck also.

Skup I think this only works if you have the PCM . Apparently your dealer can do it for you if you don't have PCM . I was able to unlock the car with key 1and press and hold the memory button, then press memory 1. Seat settings were stored with the key - along with exterior mirrors too.
