I do not think it will. I have a buddy with a 996 turbo decklid and wing that he uses as a coffee table because he bought it to put on his '99 coupe. It wouldn't fit. The 996 turbo and your C4S are widebody cars. The '99 coupe and 2000 GT3 are both narrow bodies. I believe the engine covers are slightly different.

If your car is a Cab it will fit but not on a Coupe. There are several good threads here on the attempt to fit GT3 and Turbo tails to narrow body and C4S cars I don't have the thread links but I saved a few pictures
