Anyone know of a good place to buy just the top aero for the rear decklid from a 200+ 996 Turbo? I need just that part, have the rest of the decklid/hydraulics . No one wants to separate the parts at a bone yard and the dealer cost is unreal. I'll even take a damaged/broken part as I can repair it.. Regards
Don't they make a carbon fiber replacement for that? If so, that might be a nice option that might be worth the $$...
They make a wide array of 996 rear deck, wings call them @ [phone removed] or the web www.gettydesign.com I think the parts he makes as the orders come in give it a try.
Yea but I'm just looking for an OEM wing blade, or an aftermarket OE duplicate The closest thing GD has is this for the 996 and C4s but unfortunately I just need that top wing part and I've been told that even if GD would sell it separately it doesn't match up with the OE 996 turbo decklid. I knew I should have bought that busted up top wing on ebay for $60 a few months back

Called. Nice folks over there Unfortunately the only thing he says that he produces to fit the OEM base is a GT2 style wing that bolts on to the OEM hydraulics and makes is for MA Shaw. Little out of my price range, but sitll a nice piece. I'll keep searching around. Found a 997 wing on Ebay for $65
I have to admit that Ebay sure does surprize me from time to time and come in handy. Found an OEM top spoiler and won the auction for $21.50 plus ~$50 shipping fee from CA to NY. Not too shabby if you ask me. Just wanted to reply back though and say thanks for all the other suggestions and replies -Adam
