Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Can anyone here help determine if these are real or those imitation GT3 wheels? They were advertised by a local tuner shop on craigslist as GT3/4s wheels, but obviously have the 4s caps. Also, I was shown pictures of the car, it was a 4s as best as I could tell. Definitely not a GT3. They are 8's and 11's, with 50 and 45 offsets. In what research I did do, I think these are legit sizes, with two different offsets made for the rears? And the part numbers seem legit in format, though I could not find exact part numbers searching online anywhere: 996.362.136.02 996.362.142.02 Additionally, they are stamped "ITALY" While this is better than being stamped "CHINA" I see that the GT3 clones sold elsewhere are advertised as being made in Italy. So, are these real?
