Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'm thinking about getting a set of 18" twists refinished in a black satin finish similar to the first pic. My question is with the center caps. I would really like to find some caps that are completely blank (1st choice), or go with something similar to the ones in the second pic that are matched nicely (contour). Any suggestions for the blank caps? Opinions in general are welcome Pics of your wheels would be greatly appreciated as well. Aaron

Aaron-- I've seen blank Porsche center caps on ebay occassionally. As to the second picture, would think its simply a matter of taking a Porsche center cap like the one below, masking the crest and then spraying it. Or you could go the hand painted route with the cap sprayed black. (I can help there). Picture these with gloss black on the cap:
