My hvac control is at the very lowest spot above the heat warmer controls. I want to move it up one more spot and place a tray at the lowest spot. I have a double din stereo. Do I need to buy anything else besides the lower storage cubby that tappers in at the bottom? Are there any mods that I have to do? Thanks in advance.
Like this? It was done when i bought the car but i dont think the screw holes line up but it can be done. I had to buy and carefully trim the bezel for this bay. The bezel for the bottom bay does not work.
Yes this is exactly the setup I'd like. For some reason the hvac doesn't fit on the top portion though. It appears to be too tall to fit into the open slot?? I thought all spots were all interchangeable.

nope, not a direct fit in each bay but can be made to fit.
