Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

Hi There ! /fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/teeth_smile.gifDo you planned to to do some tuning to your Cayman in the futere ? Some 350 hp maybe ? Some bodykit or else ? ...

POST 3Original post

It is best to be somewhat cautious about jumping into tuning. Take some time to know the car when you first get it and don't over-react to the hype you hear from others who haven't driven the car yet either. Too many street racer wannabees have fouled up their otherwise good cars by dumping in turbos, chips and other unneeded/ineffective mods. I speak from unfortunate experience.

POST 4Original post

Not me. When things get old, they are cooler when they are stock. Or if you sell it, the resale value goes down. I used to modify all my cars and motorcycles, and it's fun, but not anymore, especially on a new Porsche.

POST 5Original post

Like most Porsche N/A cars getting 50 more HP out of it will cost you a lot of money. I will be keeping mine stock except for maybe clear side markers, some interior painted pieces, etc. I will always look at performance enhancements, but won't be actively pursuing them. I don't think this car needs any sort of bodykit whatsoever.
