Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

I was at the dealer on Saturday discussing the (unavailable) options and they had a Silver model CaymanS. The model was pretty accurate, had a bicolor black/grey interior and good details. So what's my point you may ask?? The pictures don't do justice to the lines of the car in 3 dimensions. Not to engage in hyperbole, but I think the Cayman may come to be considered one of the best looking Porsche's of all time. It's been a long time since I've been this enthusiastic about a car, but at least to my eye this one pushes all the right buttons!

POST 2Original post

I agree, and brought back two models from Frankfurt, one arctic silver and one cobalt blue, matching what was presented at the auto show. schao

POST 3Original post

And no one brought me a model????? /fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/cry_smile.gif Do US Dealershave these yet? Mine does not...

POST 4Original post

My dealer wouldn't let it out of his sight, let alone let me buy it from him.

POST 5Original post

You would think Porsche would be giving a model to those of us with deposits down now and a long wait until January for the real thing. I could start practicing my waxing....

POST 6Original post

Ve vill be GIVING zos who have made deposits the opportunity to BUY a model at some time in ze future. Porsche AG

POST 7Original post

Sure would be great if the availability of the model comes soon!!!! Would sure make the wait go faster (I hope). Will be calling dealer in morning to see if they have any available.

I couldn't agree with you more that pictures do not do justice to the styling of the Cayman. I got a chance to see one 'live' when they were filming a Cayman commercial in Los Angeles. Simply, drop dead gorgeous.
