I did a quick search on Autotrader, and there are three '03 tip cabs within 100 miles of me. Various specs, and mileages between 9500 and 26000. All dealers, and prices from £45-49.5K. If it's a private sale with 36000 miles, £42.5K sounds in the right region, but even though it's July, haggle. I'm sure you'll find he/she is keener to sell than you are to buy.
