OK, not sure of the exact name of it, but it is the foldable windscreen that goes over the back seat of the convertible to keep my wife's hair from getting messed up (good luck with that!). Anyway, on the top portion of mine, the plastic hinge part broke. I tried to repair it, but no joy. Is there a replacement hinge available or do I have to buy anther whole windscreen? Thanks.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

There's a rebuild kit for the red pins on either side that latch into the sides of the car. Not sure about the "hinge", or exactly which part of yours is broken.
It's the hinge in the middle of the top part of the screen. It broke on one side and it's either find a new hinge or find a replacement windscreen. I'd rather see if I can find the hinge, but not having any luck so far.
You might get someone to 3D print one.
Would a 3-D printed piece be strong enough to withstand the force of opening and closing the windscreen? They have a pretty stout bottom hinge action. Also, where would one find a blueprint for that piece?
Many 3d print guys have a 3d scanner/camera if you can send them enough pieces to re-assemble to scan your GTG..
