Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I am looking at either the BMW Z8 including Alpina vs the 2011 Speedster when funds become available and like the looks of both models. I don't know very much of either the BMW or the Speedster but something tells me the Porsche is the winner between the two.

POST 2Original post

Porsche is the better car, neither is an investment.

Well, looking at the msrp, they look like both have appreciated quite a bit, same with FGT and 911R

POST 4Original post

Keep dreaming. relatively new cars are not investments.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Not looking as an investment per se but one that would not depreciate as most new cars do, but not all new cars depreciate.

POST 6Original post

All new cars depreciate from new, some faster than others, and some later begin to regain value. Trying to figure out what to buy guessing which will be which is a fool's errand...........

Great, I will then focus on the Porsche.
