Well I just figured this out and thought I would post in case other people haven't. I have the cd changer installed. When you use the in dash cd the display shows the ff, rw track and random play options over the buttons you push. With the cd changer though these aren't shown rather you see the 1-6 numbers allowing you to select a one of those cds. Well if you push the Menue button while in the cd changer mode you get the same menu as the in dash cd which allows you to select rp, etc. Does anyone have and idea what the Linear adjustment does? It's set out on page 8 of the cdr 24 manual but I don't know what the effect is. Does this take away the surround effect for the mode you're in if you hold it for 4 seconds and then all modes, cd, fm etc. if you hold it for 8? TYI
