Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

Anybody know: 1) What kind/type of light bulbs are used in the driver's and passenger's side overhead reading lights of the Cayman S? The manual doesn't specify. 2) How easy are they to remove and/or replace?

POST 2Original post

I am guessing it is the same as the other interior lights. Door guard/curb light/footwell light/luggage compartment light are allW5W according to the manual. It doesn't look to difficult to remove the lens but I have not done so. If you do the bulb probably has a marking indicating what it is. Let us know.

There used to be a parts catalog in this site. If anyone else knows how to get it chime in. I downloaded it but I can not find it on the site anymore.I do not know if Porsche got upset and had it removed. Looking at my downloaded parts catalogthe overhead lams parts number are as follows: P 999 631 134 90 Bulb 6W 2 of them
