Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Take a look inside the factory exhaust that's on your 996-997 911 Carrera model. Fabspeed owner, Joe Fabiani, explains how Porsche designed the exhaust system and how it's limited. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N5tAhpL4l7w

POST 2Original post

I don’t want to be rude, but I do think this should be said. For one, this video was nothing but a muffler cut away. A muffler is but one component of the exhaust system. Second, the inference here is stock muffler crap, buy our muffler. But yet, no actual data or comparison is given. Lastly, boasting about R&D is not complementary to demonstrating the products of R&D. -Van

Hey Van, Thanks for sharing your opinion. I believe you may have inferred incorrectly, this is not a ploy to trash the OEM muffler and purchase ours. Instead it is meant to be an educational look into the inner working of a stock 996/997 muffler, something that not many people see in their daily life. If you would like a comparison feel free to checkout our product page, plenty of data there!
