hi, just went to put some oil in the car and when I lifted the filler out of its clamp it seems to have detached itselffrom the flexi tube. It doesn't fit back together as I think it's one complete unit. Has anyone superglued [attachment=image.jpg] back on and if so, was it successful. Failing that, a replacement is about £30 but is the job of replacement an easy one or not, thanks

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

There are two bolts that secure it in place but am wondering if there is a way of getting to them. I've does anyone know what needs removing to gain access. What does it say in the workshop manual please. Any advice would be appreciated
Hi David You have to remove the alternator to access the bolts, lots of self explanatory videos on you tube, it's not a hard Job.
Omg, all that just to reach two screws, can't believe it. Thanks
