Had ordered Red Seat belt for my Guards Red Cayman, but was told that they were unavailable. Any recommendations on aftermarket seat belts in Red?

I dont know about aftermarket seat belts in Red, but I order silver seat belts for Jan production and so far is fine.

They should be an easy install after delivery by your dealer. At least that is what I've been told about a few options not yet available. Ask and let us know.

I ordered red belts as well as red gauges and they would not take it. My dealer ..Champion-Motors said they would put them in when the car arrived. So while I am a bit nervous about it.. I think all will be ok in the end.

Got my red seat belts ordered for march production, not sure if also get the red dials....have a seal/blk std interior. What do you all think? .... The red seat belts look nice with the lights/caliper combo outside, but red dials?....not sure Ill get tired of....anyone has these options in a 997 or boxter? .... COCO

My car, which should be here by the end of the month, will have red gauges. I'll post a photo once I take delivery. Red belts were not available, but I intend tohave dealerinstall when available.

I presume your car is red, so red gauges make more sense, but mine is seal grey.....hmmmmm...need to see a picture.....all that red in front of me while driving I dunno.

I hav e a February build and I was able to order the Red Gauges and Red belts. Iordered aCarrera white with Black Interior. I think it should look sharp withthe calipers being red.

Did they also paint the pieces in the back around the engine cover? That is supposed to be part of that interior trim package.

MPollard - Yes, factory did the red interior trim. K-Man S - Interior paint package for the rear(806?), around the engine cover, was not available as an option when I ordered. Would have added a few months to the order, so I passed. Not sure if I'll get it done locally, probably not. Coco - I'll take a close up of the gauges tonight and PM you.

Is anyone getting a harness bar and 4/5 point harness for the track? If so, has anyone found an aftermarket harness bar? I've struck out so far at Pelican Parts, Werks II etc.

My Guards Red belts arrived last nite from Suncoast. Called my dealer first thing in the morning and the service manager said 'bring 'em over.' Dropped the car off and a few hours later I got a message that one belt -the passenger side- was the wrong one. So, while that belt has to be sent back and exchanged my driver's side belt is now Guards Red. Standard black on the passenger side. I bet there are not many with this configuration./fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/crazy.gif The interior is sand beige.

Gene, Do you know if Suncoast has yellow belts in stock? Also what is the dealer charging you to swap them out? Will they let you photograph the procedure and write up an article here?
