Assuming it's black interior - I would say about £35-37K. Probably about £41-43K for a RHD. I think 39K miles would be more than book. Hard to judge the LHD market though.
I sure some of the other guys will give their feedback too - you really want to hear answers from the guys in the trade.

Think it would be a hard car to sell on... while the 993 drove better as LHD, not sure why someone spending £30k + would want to save £3-5k on a LHD 996 !
