Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Having problems getting water out from the washer jets. The switch works, and the jets come out, but no water! Is there a sepaerate pump taht could be faulty?

POST 2Original post

Check underneath the front of the car whilst operating the headlight washers, if you get water dripping onto the floor it could be the T piece that splits the headlight and windscreen washers. I had this apparently its more common on boxters. Porsche centre Leeds replaced mine FOC.

Thanks Gaz Just checked that and no good. Can hear the pump working when I activate the switch

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Appears I have a faulty pump...pressure is good enough to allow the washer jet cover to open up, but no more...Any DIY help for changing this out, and part number please?

POST 5Original post
