Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

can some explain to me what the cel part means on cats I've look at some and some are 100 cel and some say 200 cel ? Also if I put straight through cat less pipes on would this bring up any warnings etc on dash if so how to over come this. ??

POST 2Original post

Cells per square inch which for a stock OEM exhaust will typically be 400, for a street or TuV sport exhaust 200 cells per square inch, and 100 for a race system. See http://speed.academy/how-.talytic-converters-work/ Cel is Check Engine Light in other words an error message from the engine management system.

POST 3Original post

I have just put dansk ss 200 cell om mine, amazing sound above 4k, also did a bit of painting touching brackets back of engine etc. Looks really smart from behind !!!.

POST 4Original post

200's for me sourcrd thtough Design 911 - performance increase noticeable, and no adjustments necessary!

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

What cats did you get I thinking of dansk to go with the rest of my system. I also spoke to a friend of mine in the Motorsport seen and he said that if nothing done to the engine like a remap it's a waste of time. Now iam well confused.
