Hi I've recently bought a 996 (3.6 C4 Cabrio) and whilst it is one of the nicest driving cars I have owned and the 6 speed is fantastic I do find it very lacking in power compared to my previous car (which admittedly had 600 + bhp and sub 4 seconds to 60). I have found many ads on the net for go faster parts and tunes etc but I wanted to hear from anyone who has actually had some success beefing up the performance with ideas please. It already has the Porsche sports exhaust and suspension package - uprated brakes are first on my list as they are very poor as standard (even though I have fairly new discs and pads) but more power is needed too - but power with daily driving reliability.... Any suggestions gratefully received.
