No price limit, what do you reckon are the best 996 wheels out there. I've got Turbo Twists on it at the moment, I really like them and I think they look classic, but I'm wondering if I should consider something a bit more spicy for my RS build. What say you?

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Gotta be BBS LM for me... depending on how long you're prepared to wait...!!!
What's the colour of this car going to be out of interest....was it a blue of some sort of I remember correctly..?
Are you interested in looks, or weight? How lowered will the car be?
It's a PTS blue. I'm not a fan of lowered cars in general, but I haven't actually had the discussion, it's likely to be lowered a bit but probably not by very much and I'd prefer it not to look lowered at all. I'm mainly interested in less unsprung weight, but they need to look good as well.

Hollow spoke turbo twists? If you can find a set that aren’t mad money! Otherwise for 18s the lightest are Carrera II 5 spokes - but they’re a bit ‘common’ Car looks mega by the way.
How does one know if they're hollow spoke vs non-hollow spoke? I like the grey ones that are currently on but I haven't looked at them at all, the picture is the standard car before any work. It will have a spoiler, not decided yet what one.

hollow spoke are smooth on the back of the spoke, the solid ones are grooved. There’s some pics if you google!

I think that style in gold might be a bit too Subaru Impreza. I like the BBS F1 and it will have brand new big GT3 brakes so those wheels will show off what’s behind. I’d want grey or black though.

The ones currently on it might be hollow spoke then. The C4S came with Turbo brakes and wheels but I don’t know it they are genuine hollow spoke ones.

It’s a C4S so wide body.
They fit in that case but you may need to down size rear tyre to a 295 section Just double check on the rears as a 295 will be quite stretched on a 12 inch rear rim. Also these guys make a similar wheel to F1 for a fraction of the cost. Porsche 911 996 C4S & Turbo Wheel & Tire Fitment Guide Make sure it fits.
