Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi all Can someone give me any tips on how to unplug the heated seat switches. I can pop off the batwing ok to get to the back, but cannot seem to part them from the connector plugs.

POST 2Original post

Try warming them up with a hair dryer, then try pulling the plugs off.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks Alex, will give that a go!

POST 4Original post

I always do this on anything plastic that won't come apart and 95% of the time it does the trick.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Top tip, worked a treat. Added to the little jobs this week- new heater switches, new alternator, new rear light wiring harness. Tip top now!
