Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

16 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

I was driving today when i decided maby i should put on a little music bc my *** is stuck in la traffic. After a while i realized there was a button on the top row near the cd/fm/am buttons labled "MENUE." now i dont know about you but i spell menu withouth the E. its not annoying i just thought i was a little bit intresting and maby others have expirenced the same problem. im sure i could take it into the dealer to get it fixed but i didnt buy this car so it could sit in the shop. i will try to post a picture up 10/19

POST 2Original post

i dont see the big deal...menue is menu in german. i pretty sure some german driving a Z06 is questioning why his radio says menu instead of menue. i kinda like it!

POST 3Original post

What's the problem? It's not like it's a typo or a mistake or anything. It says 'Menue' on every CDR-24 unit.

POST 4Original post

Also it's spelled "maybe" not maby...hahahaha j/k

POST 5Original post

Can someone please tell me why this thread deserves mostly all caps with an exclamation mark, etc.?

POST 6Original post

It's a German car! Doh! Anyway, good luck with getting it 'fixed' by your Porsche dealer...

POST 8Original post

I fixed that, like you I thought it was something important initially, not something that has been around since at least the 986 days...

POST 9Original post

i was the spelling bee champion of the 4th grade at humbolt school in portland oregon, i think its "DUH DA DOO"

POST 11Original post

What the heck are we talking about, "fix it" ? " im sure i could take it into the dealer to get it fixed Menue isn't something that needs top be fixed. Maybe it is just early? Russ

POST 12Original post

A recall is needed. What bothers me most about it is the lack of choice. Here I am riding along working up an appetite and when I press Menue___nothing, nada, zed. I think it has something to do with that extra "e". Irritating. (Funny thread)

POST 13Original post

It's DA DA DA from the old smelly chair VW commercial.

POST 15Original post

Quite possibly, the funniest post I've read here to date.

POST 16Original post

jacking this thread since its already morphed into something else...i have to say, after a long, tough week...this thread has knocked me to the floor, laughing hysterically. tough crowd.
