Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi I would be most grateful if anyone could answer the following questions. Does your car's ICE ever start when you press start, even though it will be E Power only at that stage, if so for how long does the engine run. Mine starts frequently, but only runs for 60 seconds then cuts out. What does your service indicator/App state the number of miles you will have covered when the next oil service is due. Mine states it is due after only 10,000 miles, when only 50% were with the engine operating. Prior to the last service, it was displaying around 20,000 mile for the oil service. The supplying OPC are not being very helpful. Many thanks in advance Monty

POST 2Original post

Hi Monty, Ours fires up the engine and runs it for a similar amount of time about once a week. But it does run in just petrol mode about once a week for a decent distance as we have a regular journey that is outside electric only range. The app is showing its first service due at the 20k mile range. Jack Edit to add: ours recently went in for some warranty work, and needed up being there 3 days doing a massive series of updates. Not sure if yours will have had all these or not.
