Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

My Cayman S will be at the port this Sunday and I have got all the mod parts ready. They are 6 pot caliper with 355mm steel rotor, stainless steel brake line, PSS9 coilover, V1 hard wiring, laser jammer, and a leather bra for side mirror. I think I can get the car around the end of this month.

POST 2Original post

what country are you located? or what state in USA? where did you get your PSS9? i was told they are not available for non pasm caymans. perhaps you have pasm? please elaborate.

POST 3Original post

Lambormini is in HK. I understand that the PSS9 is just the same as the Boxster S one. Lambo can clarify. You know what would be great Lambo? Seeing a pic of your new car with they G-car side by side. I would like to see how the Cayman looks next to the G-car. I know my Boxster S looks like a truck next to my friend's Murcielago.

POST 4Original post

Yes for sure - we need to see more pictures of that G-car /fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/thumbsup.gif Porsche might not be Italian but still a 'truck' come on /fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/teeth_smile.gif

The PSS9 basically is the samefor Boxster S and Cayman S, but I was told that the part no. is not the same. I will checkthat and let you know. Very likely I can take some pic for my Cayman S together with my G-car next month. Pearl Yellow vs Carrera White should make a good pic, haha~~~ </blockquote> Edited by - Lambormini on 04/05/2006 5:14:20 PM

I called the shop and he said the Boxster S and Cayman S for PSS9 is exactly the same. The part no. also is the same. It is QM5-C189. There will be a Bilstein engineer come to HK in May and give aseminar on set up and installation.

POST 8Original post

Haha when I say a truck I meant that my Porsche looks very tall and narrow next to a murcielago. In fact, I feel very high too next to another friend's 360 Modena. /fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/embaressed_smile.gif
