Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

hello all I posted before about my warning light coming on which Richard informed me that it is the low level warning, the level was fine but I took the cap off and had a look around to make sure that there was nothing obvious adrift and since have not had in warning lights come on but have noticed the water level drop off slightly not sure if this is because I took the cap off and the pressure may make it drop a bit, I am only talking about half a cup full of water a very small amount but thought I would get some thoughts on if this would be why it drops of slightly? Thanks Phil

POST 2Original post

I would think that half a cap full was acceptable for evaporation, provided you are not using waterless coolant[ ]
