Seems too good to be true, messaged seller and had no reply. Pardon our interruption... Alarm bells for me is that no airbags deployed plus one of the photos appears to have been taken abroad (speed limit sign in km/h).

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

What's a decent non cat S Turbo worth nowadays - £25k (actually selling, not asking price)? That seems steep even at £13k considering you then have to repair it (each light is £500 minimum, plus another £1k for bonnet and bumper, plus a few hundred for rads etc).
It's on auction, how do you mean - seems to good to be true?

Aren't Irish road signs in KMs? I've never seen that Boxster Red interior on a UK 911.
Looks like he went under the car in fronts bumper so it's peeled up the bonnet/lights without hitting the crash bar. So damage looks worse than it would for the same energy impact lower down, which may explain the lack of airbags (or the interior photos are pre accident?). Tub will take some work around the latch to get it back straight!

No reserve and starting bid is quite low, plus the information is a bit short, no history (pre-accident). I've been monitoring turbo and GT3 values and looking at current prices tiptronics are sitting at around £30k with manuals £40k to £50k. I think it could be fixable for around £10k (doing it yourself and paying for a paint job)

That irrelevant. You can start an auction at 1p with no reserve. Doesn't mean it won't pull less than £100k when the hammer falls.....and the seller can always pull the auction at any time if they're not happy with the bids. I was in that eBay game full time at 1 point. Lower starting bid and no reserve acquires more views and watchers, which in turn (cos of ebay's algorithms) shunts it up to the top on the search results, so it gains even more traction.

I doubt very much that anything other than the cleanest low mile turbos are selling at £30k/£40k. I think you can take £5k to 10K off those prices for good condition/mileage cars. Dealers are listing higher mileage manuals at £33k, so a realistic private sale for that car is closer to £30k. 2001 Porsche 911 3.6 996 Turbo AWD 2dr COUPE Petrol Manual | eBay ZG Prestige - Call us on +441204324381 or click here to find out more. www.ebay.co.uk
Engine is worth £15k I would think , gearbox £5k ..you can't buy them anywhere. It's exactly the same colour combo as mine. I would want to see the damage to the chassis if there is any , no way would I want a crumpled frame. Lights are expensive if they're bi-xenons Not sure why it's advertised as a Turbo C4..it's just a Turbo.
