Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Afternoon all, having some issue after fitting H&R's Street Coilovers on my 996.2 C2. As the title, the fronts are very low, even when wound all the way up. No problem with the rears. In the same kit for the C4, front perches are included, but not with the C2. Currently sitting at the garage to make sure it's not user error and they have the same issue. Any ideas?

POST 2Original post

I'd see if you can buy the perches seperate....

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Just to update in case anybody has a similar issue.... Turns out it's probably a feature, not a bug - the guys at eporsche were able to align to GT3 specs just fine albeit an extra half degree of negative camber at the front. To note this is with fresh factory spec top mounts, drop links, arms and M030 sway bar, so could probably be dialled in with adjustable kit if desired!

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

This seems to be the case, but I think I'm secretly loving it. Hasn't caused any alignment issues so they can stay!

POST 7Original post

Looks good; and as I understand it, we are supposed to have a little forward rake (or in other words, the front lower than the rear).

That looks cracking, maybe the shadowing makes it look a little lower than it is but if you can live with that height then happy days! I've got the aero kit/ splitter on mine and it scrapes in/ out of the garage lowered but its something i can live with haha
