Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

can someone tell me what the engine layout of the 3.4 is. I want to know which order the cylinders are lined up in as i look down on the engine. eg 1 2 3 4 5 6 or 1 4 2 5 3 6 ?

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

thats brilliant!!! I've also downloaded that 996 technical report you put together, very useful. Thanks for the quick reply!!

POST 4Original post

Is that layout "standard" across most of the Porsche flat-6 engines?

POST 5Original post

AFAIK, that's the way they have always done it.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
