If it is like the 997 sport exhaust, it won't look very different visually, maybe a different exhaust tip, but the sound will be different. Fabspeed is going to have a Cayman S exhaust ready because they already have it ready for the Boxster S, it replaces the 2nd set of cats, although if you ask me the first set if the most restrictive but because there are O2 sensors before and after the first cat if you remove it you are likely to trip CE lights unless you relocate the 2nd sensor to after the 2nd cat.
