circa £540 for: shot blast to bare metal, check and clean threads and bores, apply protective paint coating, oven cure, rebuild with new parts where required - I needed 3 new pistons - supply and fit new bleed nipples, pressure test and function test Shame I didn't take pictures of the anti corrosion gunmetal grey finish straight from the workshop as they were a awesome. I paid extra elsewhere for a custom paintjob - see my other thread here

Thumbs up for BCS - very reliable and fast turnaround. I dropped them of on a Friday and they were back by Wednesday. Full refurb and paint. Very happy.
