I just noticed that the passenger headlight points a little higher than the driver's side headlight. Did anyone else notice that or is it just my car? I was told that the passenger headlight points higher because the driver's side can't blind oncoming traffice. Is this true?

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

I believe this is normal. I have seen the same in other makes like MB and BMW.
This has been normal for Porsche for quite a while. The headlights are so well focused, there is a distinct step almost directly in front of the vehicle, so for oncoming traffic the light is not glaring in their faces, while there's more light on the shoulder to show possible hazards (animals, kids, etc.) My wife's '98 993 cabriolet demonstrates this with the old projecter beam headlights, and every Porsche we've gotten since then ('00 Boxster S, '03 Cayenne, '04 Cayenne Turbo, and now '06 Cayman S) have all had the Litronic headlights where it's very obvious on a dark road. I assume our British members see this in the mirror image on their right hand drive vehicles. Greg
