Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

It is possible to do, just more expensive that ordering new from the factory. Depending on what aftermarket items come out I might retrofit a PCM 3.0 system in a few years when it becomes available and if it is possible. If you do it, take some pics and write up an article for the website please!
My dealer told me it would be close to $5000.00 for the Nav ato be purchased and installed from service because it is cheaper to get it from the factory. They stated the labor is the major cost factor here.I decided to wait a few weeks and wait for the car i wanted with Nav to come in. One more week. It may not be worth it in my opinion.
Thanks, K-man S. It is more expensive, but up here in Canada, b/c of the higher price, the dealers usually do not order the PCM with their cars. (They sell all Porsches at MSRP) I am also looking into the TPMS, any thoughts on that? Thanks,
