Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

the search function is easy to use and much more effective than asking a question that's been asked hundreds of times before. Welcome to the forum!
Take a look at the info that JayG linked to. If you really like this particular Boxster, get a PPI before buying it! There may be hidden problems that could cause you problems done the road, so to speak. Many on here say plan to spend $2000/year on maintenance. Some years more, some less. If you do your homework and some DIY, it can be way less. Good luck and welcome to the forum
All of the forgoing are critical My Porsche buying is restricted to 1. Seller must be original owner; 2. All receipts must be available 3. Milage must be low And, as stated previously, plan to budget $2K a year. Get a copy of Pelican's 101 Projects for Boxster.
