Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

This came off the underside of the car - just in front of the rear wheel. My drive is kerbed - so I frequently get a light scuff reversing off it and I assume this must be what is 'scuffing'...... It looks like some sort of wind deflector ? Any idea what the broken hard plastic is in pic 3 ?? Is this going to be expensive - is it essential ?

POST 4Original post

Expensive? Depends if you want to keep replacing your front discs (or just one of them) more often than normal. Looks like the front disc cooling wind deflector

For those interested - this is an air guide (just spoken to the OPC today). It costs £7.52 + VAT. Its an aerodynamic aid - and nothing to do with the brakes. Phew !
