Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi Porsche Experts. I want to buy a car cover for the Porsche/husband for Xmas. It’s a 911 vintage 1999 model and kept in a garage. The Other Half wants a proper Porsche car cover but I’m struggling - Porsche sell an outdoor cover for the correct year, but I can’t see an indoor one which shows that it’s suitable for a 1999 Porsche. Which is the best to buy?

POST 2Original post

The 996 was produced between 1998 and 2005 so, assuming that it's not got a wing on the rear, any cover advertised as fitting a Porsche 996 will fit.
