Hi everyone , I have a 99 996.1 c4 cab with sport seats already fitted and on both front seats , the back leather surround has fallen away from the hard plastic backing of the seats, i have tried pushing the seal back into the back plastic groove but when I sit back onto the chair it pops back out . Is there any fix to this ? I don’t really want to evo stick it into the groove , I have watched a YouTube fread and it looks like there should be x4 retaining “v” spring clips that hold leather into the groove , but mine has none . I have looked for the part no. For the holding clips but no luck ! Can any one advise or is there a quick fix? Cheers Pp

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
