Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Radio display appears to have failed, any ideas who can fix this .. trying to keep the car original so don’t want to replace

there is a fuse in the back of the CR22, worth checking that

Did you manage to fix your problem? I have the same radio and like you dont want to change. The unit will not switch so there is no display or sound. I have the BOSE arrangment. Would be interested to hear if you found the problem thanks, Ray

Also worth jiggling/pressing in the flip down CD insert panel as there is a weak connection there...

POST 6Original post

Try www.revivecaraudio.co.Uk in Wiltshire, they did a great job on an old radio of mine!

POST 9Original post

I think I've got a spare facia panel for one of these knocking about somewhere in the 'correct' colour. I'll see if I can find it.
