Has anyone done this and does it make the exhaust sound better? Also does anyone know who could do it in Staffordshire? Thanks

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Before you consider this I would examine the condition of your Silencers? Because if your going to pay someone a couple of hundred quid depending on the state of your silencers it may not be worth it. If you know a welder or can weld yourself fair enough but otherwise do you want to throw £250 at a pair of cans that might not have that long left?. If they are in good shape go for 2" pipe I have 1.5 and not nearly loud enough for me, it does sound a lot louder from behind though.
