as i mentioned last week myself and a few friends are planning a snowboarding holiday in meribel for the end of Feb 2008. we usually did the typical fly/transfer crap, but this year one of the guys (audi S4 stage 1 remap) came up with the idea of leaving b'ham driving to the channel tunnel, of in france and a blast down to the n'ring, small hotel for the night and onto the ring for a day, then a nice blast down to meribel for nightfall and a few days on the slopes then back up through france and the autobahn on the way back to the channel tunnel. we are planning to take a S$ as mentioned above, an RS4 and my 996tt i thought i would send out an open invite to any forum members who would be interested in joining us on the first leg of the trip????? i.e. the drive down to the ring and the day around the track. just thought i would ask, would be good to get a bigger group and also put a few faces to people here!!!!! shane
