POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Does anyone know if there is a brake pad that's compatible with the PCCB ceramic discs for the standard rear caliper of the 996 Turbo (it's a 330mm disc, if that helps)? I know the PCCB disc is 350mm and when optioned on the 996 Turbo it has a slightly different caliper to match (caliper is mounted further out from the disc and pad size is slightly different). However, it's possible to space out the standard caliper and fit the PCCB disc, the only drawback is specific PCCB pads were never made to fit the standard (330mm disc) calipers because the PCCB discs were only available in 350mm. From reading around, it seems that some of the Pagid compounds can work, and Pagid do indeed make the PCCB option pads too, but can anyone confirm which pads compounds are suitable for PCCB discs? Many thanks! :thumb:

POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

OK, so have been spending some more time looking and it seems the Pagid RSC compounds are compatible with PCCB ceramic discs. Further, it seems that they make a RSC 1 pad in the standard 996 Turbo rear caliper size: https://www.design911.co.uk/p/pagid...405-t5104--oe-ref--99635294903---99735193904/ Can anyone please confirm that these will work or have any comments?

POST 3Original post

This is an interesting post. I cant fault the factory pads, but have wondered for a while if any others are compatible..

POST 4Original post

They're radially spaced, calipers are identical and PCCB pads fit. I just put some in. The rear pads were cheap too, I found a dealer in Florida. Took a bit of doing to pay for them, bought while working in Nigeria, shipped to a US address with a UK registered card! But I saved a few quid and they fit.
