Anyone have any experience of the FVD software upgrade for a 996 turbo? Seems like e reasonable price & I like the idea of having the ability to upgrade it yourself. FVD seem to have reasonable reputation for qualty as far as I can see but can it really be that simple? or does a map have to be bespoke for the car, I'd assume the factory code is the same on every model so you would have to think a "generic" code is not an issue. http://shop.fvd.de/?VID=459253&VCD=...sgid=&CarCompany=0&CarType=&CarBody=&CarYear=

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
