Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi, Having problems with the dash display. I can't get the outside temp display under the digital MPH reading to change to read the distance left on fuel. Took the cluster out and now it's gone to temp and can't get it back. It did this before and then it went into an OPC for another issue and when I got it back it was on fuel-distance again.... Confused :? :? :?

POST 2Original post

I assume you know how it is changed? If you have teh OBC just move the stalk up and down to cycle through Temp, range, avg fuel consumption, avg speed and directions.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

You mean that's not just for the cruise control I never had? Feeling blonde now... Thanks.

POST 4Original post

Cruise control stalk (where fitted) is on the RHS at the bottom. OBC stalk is on the LHS at the bottom. Up/Down scrolls, towards and away from you selects and escpaes from menu's. You can us it to do no end of stuff.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yup, that's the OBC stalk, the things you learn... Thanks again.

POST 6Original post

Just to make you feel better....... Yesterday, after (a mere) four months of ownership, i accidently pushed the RH stalk away from me and two 'wierd things' popped out by the headlights and spat at them (it may have been more of a squirt!) Imagine my surprise! I thought those round chrome things were blanks for something 8) "Every days a school day" Cheers Paul
