Evening all, After a lovely weekend in the New Forest to attend Simply Porsche, I was honoured to win 1st place in the Simply Porsche Peoples Choice Awards. It really meant so much. Was a great show with perfect weather although I did get stuck in traffic on the way home. Some great cars in attendance. Regards Vinny

I thought it a great event and speculated that one of the older 911s would collect the award; the 2.7 rs or that beautiful rennsport engined 911f or that perfect 356 cab? ...for a 996 to win given the sheer scale of competition really does say something for this generations coming of age :thumbs: ...having said that and even though I love mine it did feel like a poor relation to the previous generations but it's time is surely coming? ...well done bud and pictures please :thumb:
