Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

in the price range
Whats the range? I have asked on several forums and the prices that people say cars should be are always much lower than advertised and no one selling is ever keen to drop to the expected amount. All confusing. Cheers Mike
I am looking for a car just now and have looked at possibly every advert for a 911 in the last 5 months and I'd say it's about right for what I've seen. If the OPC warranty is on the car, remember that this is worth approximately an additional 1K for the year so I think 23K is OK. If they're asking 23K, drive the car, look it up and down etc etc and offer 22K - you never know!!
Thanks Eddie. Drove the car. Offered £22, wouldn't accept less than £23. I honestly don't see cars at anything like the prices people talk about here. I look on PH, AT and here and ebay. Do you guys just offered really low and see what happens? There is a nice 2000 X 911 in silver with 49k miles that in fantastic condition, OPC warranty, new clutch, RMS, pads, discs etc recently on PH/PCGB site at £25!!! and he won't drop much. But these cars sell. Bizarre. Cheers Mike
23 sounds reasonable enough / about right to me at the moment. I bought a late 2000 'X' four months ago that had covered 49k, nice spec, the right history etc for £25k which was a fair price at the time.
Mike Hi, don't think its bizarre really given whomever is selling the vehicle has invested ~c4k on a 48K service, clutch, brakes rms etc - £25K sounds like a good deal to me. - Simon
When I say recent. I was July/August last year. Thanks for comments Mike, cheers. But to me this demonstrates some person saying £25 is fair while others are saying £23 is more like it.
I don't know much about 996 prices these days but if you look at what independent dealers are selling for and knock about £4k off, you won't be too wide of the mark.
