Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Noting to do with 996's I'm afraid, but I'm looking for a bit of assistance. I want to extend my garage, and have drawn up some plans. I am pretty sure I can do it under the new Permitted Development rules without planning permission, but I would like someone to take a quick look over the plans to see if there are any glaring errors, and what other details I need to add, before I submit them to Building Control. Can anyone help?

POST 2Original post

Hi Richard I have found that a visit to the relevant dept at you local council should help as they are there to advise on what is and is not acceptable, and it is free. Each area has, it would appear, it's own rules. Hope this helps Have fun Paul Kelley
