Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

13 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hello all, I helped my lad buy a 1999 Carrera 4 and we're loving it. He got fascinated by them when we went to Stuttgart a few years ago to visit the Porsche factory and museum. It is the first Porsche we've had on our drive and I've already done a load of stuff on it. I'm ever so grateful to everyone for the guides and helpful tips on this site - it has made life so much easier knowing that others have come across the same problems as me. I'll be contributing some tips that I've discovered myself whilst working on the car to give a little back. Hopefully my lad will join and comment too. Here are some photos from when we got it. It's arctic silver with a metropole blue interior. Anyone previously owned it ? Cheers, Rob

:welcome: Loving the DIY side parking sensors. Proper cheap mod. :thumb:

No one owns up to having a car in these parts with Moody Blue interior, except JonTTT. If you're not up to speed, just punch Moody Blue into the search bar above and enjoy the read of it all. Basically Jon and Zingari insulting each other for about 10 years.

What a lovely project to have with your boy! Welcome aboard 👍

POST 9Original post

Welcome to the group! I really like a different colour combo, makes the car more special. So take any comments on blue interiors all as friendly banter. We all love pictures and updates regardless

POST 11Original post
