I agree the interior is horrible. In fact I turned down a 996.2 with aerokit and similar miles in 2015 for roughly half that price... but given the spec, miles and apparent condition of this car, and given the interior is one of the easiest and most satisfying aspects to personalise and sort, this could be a great, lite (albeit expensive) project for someone.
